Sibanye-Stillwater and AMCU have reached a five-year wage deal at the company’s Rustenburg and Marikana platinum operations.
The agreement includes a 6% increase each year in respect of annual wages and benefits for employees at the two operations.
AMCU’s Head of Organisational Development, Krister Janse van Rensburg, was interviewed on Newzroom Afrika (DStv Channel 405) about the agreement.
